We went to the see the sunken gardens over the weekend.
It was a sight to see. It's quite an usual thing to stumble upon in the middle
of a major downtown area. There reall is always something to do in San Antonio.

She's growing up!

Finally I'm posting new pics of Laiah!
These are very recent, in the last wk.
She is really starting to look more like a child, and less a baby.
I think she's preparing for big-sisterhood.

I'm sure you all know that we are expecting another addition to our household mid-august.


We found out last week they Laiah will soon have a brother!
The news took us both by suprise. I am so excited to have baby boy!

Christmas 2007

Ah, Laiah's first Christmas. Between getting our new house inorder, moving, and getting ready for Christmas, it really didn't feel that festive. It was extremly warm in San Antonio leading up to the holdiay. Of course the day my mom came into town it dropped about 20*, and didn't warm up until the day she left. Still warmer than Detroit though.
Once the big day arrived things felt more holiday like. Laiah wasn't to intrested in acutally opening her presents, but she did like plalying with them. Hope everyone had a nice Christmas this year!
